In the last few days of our Donation Drive, so many of you really came through for us. As a result, we are going to have ourselves a very exciting Auction this year.
A thousand thank-you’s to the entire community for making this happen – with a special shout-out to Catherine Roger’s crack Solicitations Team, who worked hard for 3 weeks to wrangle very cool donations from hundreds of local businesses.
And then there are the many Crocker families who donated one of the most inspiring collections of vacation homes, unique experiences and hosted parties we have ever seen…we can’t wait to put them all up to bid to benefit Crocker!
Now get those donations IN!
All physical items and gift certificates should have been turned already, but there are still many outstanding… please get them in by this Friday – 2/14 at the latest! Here are your options for turning in donations:
- Our Auction Table on the school yard every morning
- The Auction Donations box in the School Office
- The home of our Donations Chair, Kym McCourt, at 1096 Trestle Glen. Drop by and leave items on her porch if no one is home, or contact her to arrange a time: firstname.lastname@example.org / 415-728-4041
Get ready for the Online Auction Feb. 22nd!
Please tell everyone you know that the Online Auction is coming up – we want to make sure that the whole community has a chance to bid on all these great items! The Online Auction will also show previews of the Live and Silent Auction items to go up for bid on at our Auction Event on April 5th, so you can plan your bidding strategies.
The Online Auction will be open to anyone outside of Crocker who wants to log on and bid on something, so tell your friends and family there are great deals to be had, it’s super easy/fun (a lot like E-Bay)… and all the proceeds go straight to your kid’s fabulous school!
Coming soon… more information on some of the incredible items available, and instructions on how to bid.
